As a group, we first researched Burberry and its history with rebranding, including its logo change throughout the years.
We began our SWOT analysis by identifying Burberry's strengths, which included a strong brand identity, significant market presence, competitive advantage, and a successful rebranding strategy. Weaknesses included Efficiency, Weak influence on reigniting interest in the brand for the new, younger generation of global consumers and customer complaints.

By creating a SWOT analysis, I gained insight into how Burberry successfully rebranded by leveraging its strong brand heritage. By focusing on its iconic check pattern, craftsmanship, and status as a symbol of luxury, Burberry was able to stay true to its roots while adapting to contemporary trends.
