Selecting the Brand

As a group, we wanted to select a brand that had once enjoyed significant popularity but had since faced challenges in maintaining its relevance. This led us to Claire’s. By choosing Claire’s, we aimed to explore how the brand could adapt to modern trends and reclaim its status in today’s competitive market.

Before embarking on a rebrand, we took the time to explore Claire’s as a brand and examine its history to gain a deeper understanding of its identity.

For our rebrand, our group focused on identifying new customer segments and strategies for Claire’s to enter untapped markets. We also developed a new slogan and logo to better connect with the new target audience.

Outcome

The final rebranding project provided me with valuable insights into the core elements of a brand and the essential components required to execute a successful rebranding strategy. Through this experience, I gained a deeper understanding of how to analyze market trends, redefine brand identity, and align messaging with a new target audience to achieve strategic objectives.
